Night at the Museum
‘Pie, Pop and Play; Burns on Stage’, will celebrate Burns Night with an innovative children and family programme. Inspired by the work of the Centre for Robert Burns Studies at the University of Glasgow and related material from the university’s collections, we will deliver an innovative and diverse theatrical programme targeted at a transformational youth demographic. We will celebrate through:-
- Poems and performance
- Puppets and plays
- Letters and stories
- Access to related collections not currently on show
Oban Winter Festival
An Lanntair Winter Festivals
This week long celebration features film from and about Scotland, traditional and indie music and finished with a #BelikeStAndrews event, raising money for local charities. This year’s programme also features film specially selected by An Lanntair's Year of Young People Board, and throughout the week the venue will feature the food, drink and music of Scotland.
SEALL Festival of Small Halls
The SEALL Festival of Small Halls is a new eight-day multi-artform winter festival bringing big music to small halls around Skye and Lochalsh with the emphasis on tradition, community bonds and friendship. Come along for seeing us taking some of the best traditional musicians, writers, visual artists and videographers to small halls in remote rural areas.
